Military Friendly: Robert Morris University

For Your Service…We Thank You

Robert Morris University has always been a military-friendly institution. But don’t take our word for it:

  • In 2011 named RMU one of the Top 25 most veteran-friendly universities in the nation.
  • In 2013 U.S. News & World Report named us in its inaugural Best Colleges for Veterans rankings.
  • In 2014 Robert Morris was named to the Military Friendly Schools list by Victory Media.

At RMU we appreciate our military veterans and the sacrifices you make for us all. That’s why we were one of the first institutions nationwide to participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program for veterans. For vets with less than 100% post 9/11 benefits, we also offer a Military Service Award to help close the financial gap.

Our Veterans Education and Training Services Center (VETS Center) serves as a 24/7 resource for student veterans on campus, and our VETS Emergency Fund provides much-needed financial support for veterans and their families.

For your commitment and service to our country, you deserve nothing but the best when it comes to your education. And that’s exactly what you’ll get here at RMU.
