Group Visit Request Form

Robert Morris University welcomes high school-aged groups of 10 or more students to explore our campus. Visits are scheduled on a space-available basis and typically last 1.5 to 2 hours.

Key Requirements

Chaperones: Must accompany the group at all times. RMU requires a ratio of 1 chaperone for every 10–12 students.
Scheduling: Submit a Group Visit Request Form at least three weeks in advance.

Visit Agenda

Admissions Presentation (20 mins): Covers enrollment steps, academic opportunities, and general university information.
Campus Walking Tour (50–65 mins): A guided tour of our campus facilities.

Note: Custom schedules or sessions with specific campus resources can be requested in the "Special Requests" section of the form. We will do our best to accommodate these on a case-by-case basis.
