Robert Morris University welcomes the opportunity to host groups on campus who wish to learn more about what we have to offer. Group visits are offered on a space-available basis, and are recommended for groups of 10 or more high school age students. Chaperones from your school or organization must accompany your group at all times. RMU requests one chaperone for every 10-12 students. A Group Visit Request Form must be submitted at least three weeks in advance of your anticipated visit date. The visit will begin with a 20-minute presentation outlining the enrollment steps, academic opportunities and general RMU information. A 50 to 65-minute walking tour of the campus will follow. Group visits typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, however, exceptions to the two-hour time frame can be made on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to hear from additional campus resources during your visit, or have additional questions or requests, please include that in the “Special Requests” section, and we will do our best to accommodate. You will receive a response via e-mail within 3-5 business days of submitting your Group Visit Request Form from the Campus Visit Coordinator at RMU.
